Okay so I know I've been sort of MIA since I've created this blog but today I'm BACK! Today is election day and it's IMPERATIVE that we as Americans all exercise our right to vote today.  No matter which candidate you support, be sure to VOTE! It's a privilege that we have been given by those who fought so hard for us to have this right.  

As a woman, I know that it's especially important that I cast my vote today.  The women before me endured beatings, arrests and torture so that we as women could exercise our right to vote just as men could.  

Exercise your right and VOTE! VOTE! VOTE! 

New to Blogger :)

I've been trying to decide lately whether or not to start a blog.  I've been feeling like I just need a place to get things off of my mind.  My mom always tells me that when you have something on your mind that you can't stop thinking about and it's driving you insane -- you just need to write it down.  So here I am! I don't want to get in too deep with my first entry so I'll make this short and sweet.  My name is Nora and I am a recent college graduate who is trying to find her place in this crazy world.  I've been job searching for months with no luck and am starting to wonder if God is trying to send me a message that it's time for me to pursue my ultimate dream of becoming an actress/singer.  Should I take the dive and further my education by attending a performing arts program or should I just keep applying for jobs? Where do I go from here? I wish I could find the answers to all these questions! Maybe someday soon I will no what to do, I hope so anyway.  For now I'm content with getting these swirling thoughts out of my mind, if only for tonight!
